Our team manages an international portfolio of diverse assets that provide International Holdings and its stakeholders with value, growth, diversification and strategic investments and relationships.
The Division advises our associated companies on the fastest and most cost-efficient ways to float on international and GCC stock exchanges, restructure themselves for international appeal and adhere to global corporate governance standards.
Our team also specialises in the formulation of coherent, viable business plans and feasibility studies derived from independent, empirical data, as well as company incorporation within the UAE and offshore jurisdictions.
Our expert Islamic finance team has years of experience of Shari'a-compliant corporate structuring and advising on and arranging innovative finance solutions.
Most of the Division services detailed above are also offered to select clients through our subsidiary International Holdings Securities, which builds and fosters relationships with world financial institutions by creating innovative ways of raising capital, opening doors to new markets and introducing expertise to develop new products and enhance existing
Division.

In 2006 International Holdings' Financial Division, through its subsidiary International Holdings Securities, brought Tejoori to market - the first truly independent, international, Shari'a-compliant investment firm to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. International Holdings, with its associated companies, raised approximately 80% of the private placement. International Holdings continues to provide a range of support
