The Real Estate Division manages real estate projects, investments and companies, as well as offering the full package for the real estate value chain through its subsidiaries.
With years of experience of doing business in the Middle East, and unique product knowledge, we specialise in thinking creatively to maximise the value proposition of any project, both large and small.
The services offered by our Real Estate Division and its subsidiaries fall into four key areas:

Product identification
Most developers come to us with either knowledge, money or land, but for a successful project you need all three. We bring all the elements together to get an idea off the ground. After extensive market research we put together a complete business plan and feasibility study. Our team of expert urban planners will arrange everything, including the design and location of the property or land, the number of units, the development's branding, who will build it and how it will be financed, thereby maximising the value proposition.
Product development
During the construction phase we provide our clients with a single point of contact to liaise with all third parties, such as consultants and contractors, on your behalf. Our team of expert project managers will report back as often as the client likes on the status of the development, and will constantly strive to save both time and money, without compromising on quality or safety. Our aim is to do the hard work for the client by acting as a representative, while ensuring the client gets the best quality development possible, in as timely a fashion as possible.
Product management
Our expert team doesn't stop work when the builders leave. Whether your development is villas, an office tower, a hotel or a shopping mall, we can sell property on your behalf, bring in and then supervise a hotel management company, or act as leasing agents, taking care of everything from finding and managing tenants to facilities management.
Product sales
Because we have years of experience of master planning empty plots we have a wealth of experience of creating unique value propositions, and we are continually approached for new financial solutions. International Holdings' specialist real estate team conducts sales and raises capital on real estate projects on a select basis. If a developer or land owner is looking for investors we can structure the project around their unique financial needs.
